We created ITSWELL EXPANDED in 2017 so that our expanded community in Philadelphia, Vermont and now even Maine, California and Florida could practice with us anytime and anywhere. Now in 2020, it came in handy so we are back to updating classes on it in addition to our daily LIVE STREAM classes on Zoom. If we've learned nothing else from people moving away and this pandemic it's community is a feeling, not a place. We hope to see you in your living room soon.
