SUP YOGA

SUP yoga is just like traditional yoga but it’s done using a board in the water instead of a mat in the studio. SUP yoga offers a thorough, low-impact workout that aims to improve your core and other stabilizing muscles. Picture yourself in a meditative state, warm breeze across your face, your fingertips trailing gently in the water, as you float like a sun-kissed Buddha. 

 

SUP Yoga classes run outside from May through the end of September at 10 Lake Road in West Wildwood with Itswell Yoga at the K&D Family Marina. 

 

Single SUP Yoga $40

3 Class Package $105

6 Class Package $180

 

SUP Yoga is Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Online registration is required at least 1 hour prior to class.
