the un-fine print:

Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances. Memberships commence on the date of sign-up and will renew automatically month-to-month, unless written notice is received at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing cycle begins. The Studio will not prorate memberships. Membership prices are subject to change.

Individual Classes: Classes paid in advance are non-refundable if cancelled is within 2 hours of the class start time. If Client cancels within 2 hours of the class, they will lose the class and the payment is non-refundable. Unlimited memberships will be charged a $5 late cancellation fee.
